A few words from the Captain:
 

As this year’s captain, I am extremely proud to lead such a dynamic, disciplined and genuinely friendly NVL squad. We have built real consistency and stability over the past season, and we are using that foundation to push on and compete strongly in Division 2 this year. Our vision is to nurture the exciting young talent in the squad, many in their early twenties, and blend their energy with the experience and leadership of our senior players. This balance is helping us grow together as a confident, ambitious and cohesive Northampton Volleyball Club team. Our aim is simple: to establish ourselves as a well organised, consistent and competitive NVL side that plays with identity and purpose. We want to entertain, inspire and set an example for younger and less experienced players coming through the club, showing them what is possible when effort, discipline and teamwork come together. I am honoured to captain this group, and I’m excited for what we can achieve this 2025/26 season.
